Quality control inspection at H&H Global Textile

Quality Control

Zero Defects. Every Shipment.

Our multi-stage quality control system ensures every product leaving our facility meets international standards. From raw material inspection to final pre-shipment checks — quality is built in, not bolted on.

Why Quality Control Matters

In global textile manufacturing, quality failures are costly — chargebacks, returns, and damaged brand reputation. H&H Global Textile Co. operates a rigorous, in-house QC program that catches issues before they become problems. Our QC team is independent of production, ensuring unbiased inspection at every stage.

Inspection Process

Our 5-Stage QC Process

01

Raw Material Inspection

All incoming fabrics, threads, trims, and accessories are inspected for weight, composition, color fastness, and dimensional stability before entering production.

Inspection Points

  • Fabric GSM & composition
  • Colorfastness testing
  • Shrinkage testing
  • Trim & accessory verification
02

Pre-Production Sample

A pre-production sample is made and approved by the client before bulk cutting begins. This locks in measurements, construction, and branding details.

Inspection Points

  • Measurement approval
  • Construction review
  • Branding & label placement
  • Client sign-off required
03

Inline Production Inspection

Our QC team inspects garments during production — at cutting, sewing, and finishing stages — to catch issues early and prevent defective units from accumulating.

Inspection Points

  • Cutting accuracy
  • Seam strength & stitch density
  • Embroidery & print quality
  • Measurement conformance
04

Final Random Inspection

A final inspection is conducted on finished goods using AQL 2.5 sampling standards. Defective units are removed and replaced before packing.

Inspection Points

  • AQL 2.5 sampling
  • Visual defect check
  • Measurement audit
  • Workmanship review
05

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before goods are packed and shipped, a final pre-shipment check verifies packing, labeling, quantities, and documentation accuracy.

Inspection Points

  • Packing & labeling check
  • Quantity verification
  • Shipping mark review
  • Document accuracy

Standards & Testing

What We Test For

AQL 2.5 Sampling

Industry-standard Acceptable Quality Level sampling used for final and pre-shipment inspections.

Colorfastness

Testing for wash, rub, sweat, and light fastness to ensure colors remain vibrant after repeated use.

Dimensional Stability

Shrinkage testing to ensure garments retain their size and shape after washing.

Tensile & Seam Strength

Fabric and seam strength testing to ensure durability under normal and stress conditions.

GSM Verification

Fabric weight verification to ensure the correct grams-per-square-meter as specified in the order.

Third-Party Inspection

Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek available on request at buyer's cost.

Our Quality Guarantee

Industry Standard

AQL 2.5

We apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 sampling on all final inspections — the same standard used by major global retailers and brands. This means a maximum 2.5% defect rate is acceptable, and we consistently achieve far below that threshold.
